Music at St. James’

St. James’ worship is enriched by singing praise and worship songs, and traditional and contemporary Filipino hymns. We are blessed for having dedicated and gifted choir to lead the congregation in singing and talented organist to accompany them. We rejoice in the vitality of the choir and their valuable contribution to the nurturing of faith and enhancing the worship experience of the congregation. Everyone is encouraged to sing from the heart.

Singers of all ages and abilities are invited to join the choir as a unique service to the Lord and thanksgiving for the love of God shown to us in Jesus Christ. Instrumentalists are encouraged to share their talent and skills with St. James’ community.

O God, whom saints and angels delight to worship in heaven: Be ever present with your servants who seek through art and music to perfect the praises offered by your people on earth; and grant to them even now glimpses of your beauty, and make them worthy at length to behold it unveiled for evermore; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
